Nieudane samobójstwo Waltera Koskiusko (tak) Waldowskiego, dentysty 4077 MASH - znanego jako "Painless Pole" było powodem powstania utworu "Suicide is Painless".

Tekst do "Suicide" napisał Mike Altman, syn reżysera MASH - Roberta.
Stary Altman po latach narzekał, że syn za sam tekst zarobił więcej (milion dolarów), niż on za sam film (700 000). Ale warto było.
Choć nie chce mi się wierzyć, że gówniarz Mike napisał tekst mając lat 14.


Tutaj w wersji Manic Street Preachers, zespołu, który wszyscy kochają (z jakiegoś powodu) nienawidzić, a który wsławił się głównie tym, że zaginął mu basista. No, i jeszcze kilkoma niezłymi utworami.
